What Is A Backorder?
If an item you wish to purchase is out of stock or unavailable in your size, it can be backordered upon your request. A backorder is also known as a pre-order.
Backorders should include the name of the item, size, colour and quantity.
How To Place a Backorder?
Backorders can be placed via email or direct message via any of our social media platforms (Facebook / Instagram). Once an order is placed, a response will be provided within 24 hours to confirm availability.
A minimum deposit of $50 TT per item is required when placing backorders. Please note, the minimum deposit is a non-refundable charge to secure your order.
When Will My Order Be Processed?
Backorders are placed every Friday at 12pm noon. Customers MUST ensure their payments are made before the scheduled backorder/cycle. If the payment is not received on time, the order will then be processed for the following cycle.
How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
Typically, we ask clients to cater 2-3 weeks for their backorders to arrive & be sent out for delivery. During peak periods such as Christmas however, we ask clients to cater 3-4 weeks for backorders to arrive and be sent out for delivery. This may be due to unexpected shipping delays that are beyond our control here at MWR.
When Should I Pay My Balance?
Upon the arrival of backorders, the customer will be notified via email. At this time, outstanding balances should be arranged and made. Upon confirmation of outstanding balances, backorders will be sent out for delivery the next business day.
