Refund and Returns Policy
At My Wardrobe Refined, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction at each level of our transaction process. As a result, we currently offer two (2) options for our returns & exchange policy.
Returns
If a product is damaged upon arrival, we advise you to contact us immediately via email, including photos of the item and a brief description. We will not hesitate to respond and address the issue.
In the event of a return, the item MUST be returned within 7 days from purchase AND in the same condition as was received.
You, the customer may be issued EITHER a Reimbursement (exclusive of delivery fee) OR a Credit Note which will be applied to your account toward your next purchase.
Exchanges
If there is a request for exchange, we advise you to contact us immediately via email indicating your concerns.
In the event of an exchange, the item MUST be returned within 7 days from purchase AND in the same condition as was received.
Exchanges will be made for any item of equal or higher value, where the customer pays the difference.
Exception to Policy
While we strive toward providing excellent service in all we do, please note the following exceptions to our Return & Exchange Policy.
We DO NOT accept returns on:
- Bodysuits & Intimate garments (Underwear)
- White or Light Coloured Garments
- Sale Items
