A: Most pieces are limited and will not be restocked. An alternative can be using our preorder option. If you love something, don’t wait – it may not return.

A: Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $500 TTD
**Q: How long will my order take to arrive?**
A: Orders are typically processed within 24 Hours after receiving payment and delivered within 1-3 business days locally via TTPOST
**Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?**
A: Currently we do not offer same day delivery however, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. An alternative, you can consider our pick-up option which can be facilitated the same day at Piarco Plaza.
**Q: Do you ship outside Trinidad and Tobago?**
A: Not at this time, but we’re working toward offering regional shipping in the future.
SIZING & FIT
**Q: How do I know which size will fit me best?**
A: We provide size guides on each product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us – we’re happy to assist with personalized sizing advice.
**Q: Do your pieces run true to size?**
A: Most of our styles are true to size unless otherwise stated in the product description. If a piece runs small or generous, we’ll let you know.
ORDERS & RETURNS
**Q: Can I return or exchange an item?**
A: Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and returned in its original state. Please note, all returns are processed as store credit only, and we do not offer cash refunds.

**Q: What if I receive the wrong item or a defect?**
A: We sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right.

A: We offer same-day holds only. Full payment is required to confirm your order.
**Q: Are discounts automatically applied?**
A: While many of our discounts are applied automatically, some promotions do appear as coupon options. In those cases, you’ll need to manually select or apply the coupon during checkout to enjoy the offer. We typically advise such via social media.
